I Know What You Did Last Summer actor Freddie Prinze Jr has announced he's to release a cookbook through Rodale Books, set for publication in 2016.

Back To The Kitchen, co-written with food journalist Rachel Wharton, will include 75 of Prinze Jr's favourite recipes, as well as stories from his life at home with actress Sarah Michelle Gellar and their two children. He commented 'Cooking has always been a huge part of my life - my mom encouraged me to explore the world through food and when I became a dad, I knew that I would do the same with my own kids. I'm thrilled to offer my fans some of the fresh, healthy and easy-to-make recipes my family and I love'.
